Can Belfast have inclusive growth?

Nearly a decade after the global financial crisis, governments across the world are still struggling to deal with its consequences. As Belfast prepares its first community plan, this workshop explores the unique contribution that individual cities can make in fostering local economic success and inclusion for residents.

Led by Neil McInroy of Manchester’s Centre for Local Economic Strategies, this workshop will discuss the idea of place-based ‘inclusive growth’ and the contribution that business, communities and the public sector can play in making it a reality in Belfast.
