The BBC’s popular Red Lines podcast is going out and about, allowing listeners to get involved in its conversations about local politics.
This event is SOLD OUT.
As part of festival, Mark Carruthers and guests will be chatting about political journalism and what it involves. He’ll be exploring how the reporting of politics has changed over the years, what goes on behind the headlines and why all of this matters. It’ll be a lively and informative event with some humorous insights into what happens when news and politics meet, and occasionally collide. This event will be recorded and edited for BBC Sounds. Admission will be by ticket only.
