conference: 28th + 29th March

How do we know our arts programmes result in benefits, giving children a great start in life and enabling people of all ages to thrive?

Beat Carnival is organising a European Arts Education Seminar in Belfast, 28th and 29th March 2019. Beat is a member of Trans Europe Halles network of independent cultural centres across Europe: this is the second annual seminar of TEH’s Arts Education Platform. During the seminar programme we will be sharing and examining arts access and engagement methodologies and considering the ways that we measure success. A number of sessions in the seminar programme are open for local practitioners to participate in. Places for these sessions are limited and should be booked through the Festival website.
