International Page and Stage presents
Eight-minute readings linking local writers and powers with international counterparts.
International Page and Stage, set up in Belfast in 2021, links local writers and poets with writers and poets internationally. The organisation runs online events where creative writing and a high level of craft is central. Participants read their work for eight minutes and each event has writers and poets drawn from around the world.

Local poet Matthew Rice, author of The Last Weather Observer – Highly Commended for the Forward Prize 2021 – will be joined by:
Kathleen McCracken – Lives in Northern Ireland – Canadian – Winner of the Seamus Heaney Award 2019
Catherine Graham – Canadian – Finalist for the Toronto Literary Award
Mervyn Morris – Jamaica – Former Jamaican Poet Laureate
Daniela Elza – Canadian Poet – born in Bulgaria – grew up in Nigeria.
Raquel McKee – Jamaican, living in Northern Ireland – Dub Poet
The event will be hosted on ZOOM by Damien Donnelly – writer/poet and host of the Eat the Storms Poetry Podcast.
