This event will look at dispelling the stigma of mental health and exploring what it is like to navigate ‘the system’ as a service user.

Michelle and Paula have both had their own mental health issues and talk openly about the process of fighting to access services, the good, the bad and the funny of availing of therapies.

This is a fun and interactive workshop which uses the senses, mindfulness, drama and poetry written by Michelle and Paula to create an informative and liberating evening reflecting on lived experience and celebrating recovery. Although mental health, and the lack of funding for services, is a heavy topic, Big L.E.A.P. is a safe and friendly environment where people can connect, engage and look at taking first steps to develop their own creativity.

Restricted numbers.
