Accidental Theatre, Shaftesbury Square
17th March: from 10.00am

Accidental Theatre are working with the fine people from Tools for Solidarity to host an Imagine! Festival special repair café morning. We’ll have repair tables, talks, tea, coffee & buns on the go for an exciting morning of repair & re-use – not discard & destroy.

Bring along old tools for sharpening, small electronics, torn clothes, missing buttons, broken zips or help with bicycle & bike repair. They can give sewing machines a new lease of life and even give advice on small plumbing jobs! We’ll have the experts from Tools for Solidarity on hand to guide and you can either come and fix it yourself or get the help and advice of the specialist to carry out a repair.

Whether we can help or not we ask you give a little donation, as all donations given will go to Tools for Solidarity. Tools For Solidarity gives old tools a new lease of life giving skilled tradespeople in Africa the chance of a livelihood. In the struggle to develop, bare hands are not enough.
