26th March: 9.00pm

Weave Presents: Fruits of Isolation
Weave’s first live event since lockdown celebrates the art to come out of the pandemic, bringing unheard music from bedrooms to live audiences and showcasing some of the city’s brightest unheard talents.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, this event has been cancelled.

Working with budding visual artists to accompany an array of producers and DJs, the showcase will provide a platform for emerging artists to begin performing to crowds and build experience in live performance.

Two years on from the UK’s first lockdown, the creative endeavours of young people in the city have only blossomed in the isolated time since. Belfast has continued to thrive as a creative city, even being awarded the UNESCO City of Music status in 2021.

Whilst the city has launched the careers of many high profile acts over recent years, especially in the electronic music scene, there is an unprecedented amount of untapped talent hidden away that is yet to be heard.

Fruits of Isolation’ celebrates this new generation of inspired and experimental young creatives who are making the next waves in the city’s ever growing sea of talent.
